Delivery status | Code | Description |
Cold worked / hard | BK | No heat treatment after final cold working, so that the tube can be deformed only to a small extent |
Cold processing/ soft | BKW | Cold working with small deformation after final heat treatment, limited cold deformation is allowed for tube end machining(e.g., bending, flaring) |
After cold working Stress relief annealing | BKS | Final cold working followed by annealing below Ac 1 to eliminate cold working stresses |
Annealing | GBK | After final cold working, the tube is fully annealed under protective atmosphere |
Normalizing | NBK | After the final cold working, the tube is normalized under protective atmosphere |
