Raw material treatment: the strip steel is sent to the welded pipe unit, and the strip steel is gradually rolled up by multiple rollers to form a circular tube blank with an opening gap.
Forming and welding: The raw material strip steel is spirally formed by a forming machine, and the internal and external submerged arc welding technology is used to continuously weld the narrow band (plate) coil to form a steel pipe. In this process, adjust the pressing amount of the squeezing roller, so that the weld gap is controlled at 1~3mm, and the two ends of the weld are flush.
